We offer a 30 day exchange or refund policy on full priced items (Excluding Resellers). Proof of purchase by receipt or online order number is required. If a product is unavailable for any reason we will offer an alternative or full refund within 48 hour of purchase. Return Shipping cost is the Buyer's responsibility.

Returned items must be in Original Saleable  condition including relevant tags labels etc.  Shoes must include the original box in reasonable Saleable condition. Shoe box must be shipped in separate box and not used as a shipping box. 

Items and packaging must be as new or returns can be denied and customer will need to pay full shipping cost to return back to them, usually $19 for a pair of shoes for example.

Gripped Skate Decks or modified items such as custom skateboards are not returnable.

Reseller Sales of three or more of the same products are not returnable. This is where the Purchaser is obviously buying up our inventory for profit and we cannot be expected to return and pay for these items in the 30 day period if the Reseller fails to resell our products on the Grey Market. This only applies to resellers and not normal retail customers.

 

Online orders will be shipped by Australia post with tracking available.
